Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at +1 (307) 218-2919, the chat in the bottom right, or email support@mygymdelivered.com any time.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Product ETA 5 - 7 business days.

Shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

The My Gym Delivered default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

All of our products have guaranteed warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

(Bank transfers may take more time to appear in your account)
