Note: If you are located outside the lower 48, you may arrange delivery through a freight forwarding service based in the contiguous U.S (generally this has been in California or Florida). We can ship to your chosen freight forwarder, but we are not responsible for coordinating freight forwarding or any costs or issues beyond that point. - Future Expansion:

3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping (United States – Contiguous 48 states only):
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping is included on all orders.

Upgraded Delivery Options (Available on Select Products):
If available, these services will appear at checkout with clearly displayed costs, and are completely optional. Free standard shipping remains available on all orders.
- Threshold Delivery – delivered to the first dry area (e.g., porch or garage).
- White Glove Delivery – item delivered to your room of choice, includes minor assembly and packaging removal. Saunas will not be assembled.
- International Shipping:
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- No Hidden Fees:
- Any optional delivery upgrade charges are displayed at checkout. If you do not select an upgraded service, your shipping is free by default.
4. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Note: Shipping and delivery times vary by product and location. Shipping begins after order processing is complete. - Order Cut-Off Time:
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
- Weekend and Holiday Orders:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Upgraded Delivery Services (e.g., Threshold or White Glove) do not shorten delivery times, but may affect scheduling or coordination depending on the carrier and product.

6. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- Reliable Carriers (We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.)
- Ground Shipping (Small Packages)
- Most smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS and are delivered to your doorstep or driveway, depending on the size and weight. This is similar to the delivery process you're used to with most online orders.
- Freight/LTL Shipping (Large or Heavy Items)
Larger equipment is shipped via LTL freight carriers and delivered curbside to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible point.
- Appointment & Signature Required: Once your shipment arrives at the local freight terminal, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required at the time of drop-off.
- No Assembly or Inside Delivery: Freight deliveries do not include bringing items indoors, assembling them, or removing packaging materials.
- Unloading: In most cases, customers may be responsible for unloading the item. Lift gate service is available if specified on the product page.
- Important: Please inspect the shipment upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing—this is essential for any damage claims.
- Shipment Tracking:
- All orders include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
- Insurance:
- Shipments are insured against loss or damage. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly.

8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages
- Delayed Delivery:
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@mygymdelivered.com or (307) 218-2919. We’ll help you investigate and keep you updated.
- Lost Packages:
- If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Verify the shipping address provided.
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact us for further assistance.
8.2 Damaged Packages
- Reporting Damage:
- For all shipments (parcel & freight):
- Inspect your items upon delivery.
- If damage is visible, take clear photos and videos immediately.
- Do not discard packaging or items until we confirm next steps.
- Contact us within 24 hours at support@mygymdelivered.com.
- Parcel shipments (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx):
- Report any damage to the carrier within 7 days and to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include photos and a brief description of the issue in your email.
- We’ll coordinate with the manufacturer to send the right replacement parts to you to make it right.
- Freight shipments (LTL):
The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Be present during delivery. Redelivery fees may apply if you miss your appointment.
- When receiving your delivery:
- The carrier will lower the pallet curbside using a lift gate.
- For commercial locations with a dock, the driver will deliver to the dock.
- Freight carriers do not bring items indoors or assemble equipment.
- Before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL):
- Inspect pallets and boxes for damage before signing.
- If anything looks damaged or questionable, write “DAMAGED – PLEASE REVIEW” on the BOL.
- Take photos/videos immediately and send them to support@mygymdelivered.com.
- After delivery:
- Open boxes and check for missing or damaged parts within 2–3 business days.
- Report any issues to us within this timeframe for fastest resolution.
- If there is severe or structural damage:
- Take photos and videos.
- Refuse delivery and note damage on the BOL.
- Contact us immediately at support@mygymdelivered.com.
- Resolution:
- Our first step is to send the correct replacement parts.
- We'll handle all communication with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
- Photos, videos, or additional details may be required to identify the exact replacement needed.
- Your cooperation helps ensure a quick and complete resolution.
Note: We are committed to delivering your order in perfect condition and will work with you and the manufacturer to make it right.
9. Missing Items
- Reporting Missing Items:
- If any items are missing from your order:
- Contact us within 2-3 business days of receiving your package.
- Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).
- Please check all packaging materials thoroughly, as smaller items or hardware may be packed separately or hidden in compartments.
- Resolution:
- We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund where appropriate.
10. Return and Refund Policy
- Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may cancel anytime before it ships. No fees will apply.
- After Shipment: Once your order has a tracking number, it is in transit and cannot be canceled. You may return it once delivered using the process below.
- Pre‑Orders & Backorders: You may cancel at any time before the item is restocked and shipped, unless we’ve communicated otherwise.
- Exceptions: Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours on:
- Made‑to‑order or custom items (e.g., custom colors, logos)
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable”
- Returns:
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused, never assembled, and in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Certain items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.
- Return Shipping & Restocking Fees:
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs and any restocking fees, which vary by product but are typically around 25%.

12. Carrier‑Assessed Fees & Refused Deliveries
By placing an order, we assume that you are immediately ready to accept delivery of your order. If you need your order to arrive on or after a specific date, please let us know ASAP - we’re happy to help accommodate your shipping timeline!
- Storage & Carrier Fees:
- Should your order ship and you are unable to receive the product, the freight company reserves the right to return your merchandise to the manufacturer and/or charge additional storage fees. Most freight companies will not allow your item to be stored at their facility for more than 3–5 business days.
- If your order is returned to the manufacturer by the freight company, you will be responsible for initial and return shipping fees and will be subject to a restocking fee for the product.
- If the shipping company chooses to hold the item and charge storage/retaining/additional shipping fees, you agree to pay such fees.
- Refused Deliveries:
- If you need to refuse a delivery for any reason other than extensive damage, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges to and from you. Be prepared to show pictures or videos of why you refused the delivery.
- Refunds can’t be processed until the product is returned to our warehouse, which may take 2–3 weeks or more.
