Refund policy

1. Overview
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through mygymdelivered.com, operated by CNG Enterprises LLC ("My Gym Delivered," "we," "us," or "our").
Some products have product-specific return terms, including different return windows, restocking fees, return shipping rules, cancellation fees, return conditions, or change-of-mind return exclusions. When product-specific terms are shown in the Shipping & Returns section on the product page, those terms apply where they differ from this general policy.
Any product-specific fees are disclosed on the product page before purchase and will not exceed the amount shown.
All returns must be started through My Gym Delivered. Please contact us first and wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

3. Return Eligibility
Default return window: 30 days from delivery. Some products have a shorter or different return window, or are not eligible for change-of-mind return. If so, it will be stated in the Shipping & Returns section on the product page.
Unless the product page states otherwise, change-of-mind returns must meet these conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and not assembled.
- The item is in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- You have proof of purchase.
- You receive return approval or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping the item back.
Items sent back without approval may be delayed or refused if we cannot identify the order or confirm return eligibility.
4. How To Start A Return
- Contact us at support@mygymdelivered.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Include photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts, or otherwise not as expected.
- Wait for our written return instructions before sending anything back.
- If your return is approved, follow the return address, packaging, carrier, timing, and RMA instructions we provide.
5. Return Shipping And Fees
- Change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for return shipping and any applicable product-specific restocking, cancellation, or inspection fees disclosed before purchase.
- Our error, wrong item, confirmed damage, or confirmed defect: We cover required return shipping and waive restocking fees.
- Orders under $75: If a $15 standard shipping fee was paid at checkout, that checkout shipping fee is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. The product price is refunded for approved change-of-mind returns, less only disclosed product-specific fees.
6. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, Or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us promptly. Keep the product and packaging until we confirm next steps.
- For parcel shipments, contact us promptly with photos or video and a description of the issue.
- For freight shipments, inspect before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt. Note visible damage or shortages on the paperwork before signing.
- For concealed freight damage or missing parts found after delivery, contact us within 2 to 3 business days for the fastest resolution.
Depending on the issue and product, we may resolve the matter with replacement parts, a replacement item, repair support, or a refund.
7. Cancellations
- Eligible orders may be canceled before shipment unless a product-specific exception applies.
- Once an order has shipped or tracking has been issued, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible.
- Custom, made-to-order, final sale, or non-returnable items may have limited cancellation rights, including cancellation cutoffs or fees stated on the product page.
- Approved cancellation refunds are usually submitted within 7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind return unless required by applicable law or approved due to confirmed damage, defect, wrong item, or our error:
- Products marked final sale or non-returnable.
- Custom or personalized products, including custom colors, logos, upholstery, or other made-to-order specifications.
- Used, assembled, damaged, or incomplete items, unless the product-specific return terms allow trial use.
- Products excluded by product-specific terms shown on the product page.
9. Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the returned item arrives at the instructed return destination and inspection/approval is complete.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Approved return refunds are usually submitted within 14 days after inspection/approval is complete.
- Your bank or payment provider may take 3 to 14 business days after submission to post the refund.
Refunds may be reduced or denied if the item is returned late, used, assembled, damaged, incomplete, missing packaging, missing parts, or outside the approved return instructions, unless the issue was caused by our error or confirmed shipping damage/defect.
10. Exchanges
We can help with exchanges when a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or when a product-specific return program allows an exchange. For change-of-mind exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping and any applicable product-specific fees unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
