Shipping policy

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through mygymdelivered.com, operated by CNG Enterprises LLC ("My Gym Delivered," "we," "us," or "our").

Some products have product-specific delivery, cancellation, return, or refund terms shown in the Shipping & Returns section on the product page. Those product-specific terms apply where they differ from our general policies.

Site-wide standard shipping: orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 United States, with standard delivery typically estimated at 5 to 7 business days after processing. Orders under $75 are charged a $15 standard shipping fee. Any shipping charge that applies to your order is shown before you pay.


2. Where We Ship

We ship within the contiguous 48 United States only.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

If you use a freight forwarder in the contiguous 48 United States, our responsibility ends once the order is delivered to that eligible freight forwarder address.


3. Shipping Cost

  • Orders of $75 or more: free standard shipping, typically estimated at 5 to 7 business days after processing.
  • Orders under $75: $15 standard shipping fee, typically estimated at 5 to 7 business days after processing.
  • Optional services, such as inside delivery, assembly, installation, liftgate service when not included, special handling, redelivery, or storage, cost extra only when shown before purchase or separately agreed to.

Standard shipping does not include assembly, installation, inside delivery, room placement, or packaging removal unless clearly stated on the product page, shown at checkout, or separately quoted.


4. Processing And Delivery Estimates

  • Orders usually begin processing within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET generally begin processing the next business day.
  • Standard delivery is typically estimated at 5 to 7 business days after processing, but timing can vary by product, carrier, location, and freight scheduling.

Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to carrier delays, weather, freight scheduling, inventory timing, or other events outside our control.


5. Delivery Methods

Small Parcel

Smaller items usually ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or a similar parcel carrier. Tracking is provided once the order ships.

Large Freight / LTL

Large or heavy items may ship by LTL freight. Standard freight delivery usually means curbside delivery to the end of your driveway, curb, or nearest safe accessible point.

  • The carrier usually contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment after the shipment reaches your local terminal.
  • You must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.
  • You are responsible for moving the item from curbside into your home, garage, gym, or room.
  • Freight delivery does not include inside delivery, room placement, assembly, installation, or packaging removal unless clearly stated or separately purchased.

6. Freight Inspection

Please inspect freight shipments before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt.

  • Check the pallet, boxes, shrink wrap, and shipment count for visible damage or shortage.
  • If anything looks damaged, missing, short, wet, crushed, torn, or questionable, write "Damaged or short - please review" on the BOL or delivery receipt before signing.
  • Take photos or video right away.
  • If there is severe or structural damage, you may refuse delivery. Note the issue on the BOL or delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

Noting visible damage or shortage on the delivery paperwork helps preserve the freight claim. If you discover concealed damage or missing parts after signing, contact us within 2 to 3 business days, keep the packaging, and send photos or video so we can review the issue and help with next steps.


7. Damage, Missing Items, And Lost Packages

  • If a parcel shipment arrives damaged, contact us promptly and keep the packaging until we confirm next steps.
  • If a freight shipment has visible damage or shortage, note it on the BOL or delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately.
  • If parts are missing or damaged after opening the boxes, contact us within 2 to 3 business days.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, check the delivery address, neighbors, and building management, then contact us.

Please include your order number, photos or video where relevant, and a short description of the issue.


8. Missed Appointments, Refused Delivery, And Address Issues

If a delivery problem is caused by a missed freight appointment, incorrect address, inaccessible location, unavailable receiving, or refusal for a reason other than visible damage or our error, carrier charges may apply at the carrier's actual cost. We will provide the available carrier documentation for any such charge.


9. Returns And Refunds

For returns, please review our Refund & Return Policy and the Shipping & Returns section on the product page. Default return window: 30 days from delivery unless a different window or change-of-mind return exclusion is clearly stated on the product page.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable product-specific restocking or cancellation fees disclosed before purchase.
