How a session works
Setup takes under a minute, and every compression setting runs the same fifteen minutes.
Fit and coverage
Compression begins at the base of the ankle and works upward toward the calf, so the session covers more than the joint alone. The wrap fits either ankle, and one unit serves both sides.

The gel pack comes out of your freezer and stays cold through a full 15-minute session. Users report longer hold than a standard ice pack because the wrap insulates the pack against the skin.
